1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

A. User Content (Photos)

• Photos & Images: The App allows you to upload photos of your rooms to generate AI interior designs. These photos are transmitted off your device and stored securely on our cloud storage database (provided by Supabase) to process the AI generation.

B. Unique Identifiers

• Anonymous User IDs: We automatically assign a unique, anonymous identifier (UUID) to your device when you first launch the App (provided by Supabase Auth and RevenueCat). This is used solely to link your subscription status and design history to your device. We do not link these IDs to real-world identities.

C. Purchase Data

• Transaction History: We collect data related to your in-app purchases and subscription history (processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat). We never collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers), which are handled securely by Apple or Google.

D. Usage and Diagnostic Data

• Analytics & Session Recordings: We use PostHog to analyze how users interact with the App. This includes capturing events like button clicks, navigation paths, and screen interaction recordings (Session Replay) to find and fix bugs and improve user experience.
• Diagnostics: We collect technical logs, crash reports, and performance metrics (e.g., launch times) to keep the App stable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core AI room design features.
• Manage your credits, purchases, and subscriptions.
• Deliver your generated designs to your History screen.
• Analyze usage patterns, performance, and user behaviors to optimize the App.
• Provide customer support and address technical issues.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We only share data with the following service providers to enable the App's functionality:

• Supabase: For database hosting, user session storage, and photo cloud storage.
• RevenueCat: For in-app purchase validation and subscription state management.
• PostHog: For analytics tracking, product performance evaluation, and session replay diagnostics.

These third parties are bound by strict privacy obligations to keep your information secure.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your Rights: You have full control over your data. You can delete your entire history, images, and anonymous account directly from within the App settings by tapping "Delete My Account & Data" on the History screen.
• Retention: We retain user content (photos and designs) for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, this data is permanently purged from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
